Facilities Available for Rent
The Hall has the following facilities available for rental:
* The main (banquet) hall * The kitchen * The conference room * Washrooms * Tables and chairs
*** The basement and the second floor
of the
hall are OFF-LIMITS to renters ***
The main banquet hall is ideal for dances, weddings, wedding receptions, some athletic events, banquets or live music performances.
The hall is 53 ft x 39 ft and can hold up to 150 people. At one end of the hall is a raised stage (20 ft x 15 ft) which can be used for live entertainment or other performances.
The hall rental comes with 24 tables (8 ft x 2.5 ft) which can seat eight people comfortably (four on each side).
The hall has 120 chairs available. 30 extra chairs from the conference room can be made available for use by the renter (at advance request)
*** Renters are responsible for setting up the tables and chairs and for putting them away after the event ***
*** Renters must provide their own tablecloths, dishes, cutlery, napkins and cushions as none are available at the hall ***
The kitchen is available for the preparation and storage of any food required for events. The kitchen is adjacent to the main hall. The kitchen includes 3 stoves, 1 standard refrigerator + freezer, 2 microwaves and 6 sinks. These facilities are available for use to the renter and are included with the rental of the main hall.
** The renter must provide their own dishes, utensils, cups, cookware and napkins **
The conference room can hold a maximum capacity of 50 people. There are fifty chairs and four 8 ft x 2.5 ft tables available for use in the conference room. Each table can seat eight people (4 on each side)
